邢少軍
特聘教授

邢少軍(Shaojun Xing),博士,深圳大學醫學部特聘教授。入選中組部第十四批青年千人計劃,獲深圳市孔雀計劃(B類)資助。主要研究圍繞T細胞的發育及功能調節,從分子、細胞、動物及人體等不同水平結合多種學科開展工作。主要學術貢獻:1.基礎免疫方面:首次直接鑒定轉錄因子TCF1/LEF1對組蛋白的表觀修飾功能,發現轉錄因子的表觀修飾功能,研究成果發表在Nature Immunology 雜志,被F1000prime引用并推薦;發現wnt信號轉錄抑制因子TLE能夠調控CD8+T細胞的正常發育及維持其外周穩定;證明TCF1/LEF1在體內維持Foxp3+調節性T細胞的功能。研究結果分別于2018年和2019年發表在Journal of Experimental Medicine雜志。2.感染與免疫方面,系統分析特異性CD8+ T細胞在感染過程中表觀修飾及調控的動態變化,鑒定及發現增強子及超級增強子的動態變化特點,并預測階段特異的轉錄調控網絡。研究結果發表在Immunity雜志;揭示TCF1/ LEF1對濾泡輔助性T細胞(Tfh)分化的調節機制,成果發表在Nature Immunology雜志3.臨床免疫方面:闡明HIV感染不同階段患者外周CD4+FoxP3+調節性T細胞與HIV感染疾病進展及抗病毒治療的相關性,揭示疾病進展對調節性T細胞穩態的影響。成果發表在艾滋病專業雜志JAIDS及免疫學雜志Immunology

目前實驗室主要研究方向:(1?獲得性免疫細胞(T細胞)在病原感染、腫瘤發生等疾病狀態下的免疫應答及表觀修飾研究;(2wnt信號通路轉錄因子(TCF1/LEF1)及其調控因子在免疫細胞發育及輔助性T細胞亞群(如調節性T細胞、濾泡調節性T細胞)免疫應答中的調控作用;(3HDAC抑制劑在T細胞分化及功能中的作用機制。
