裴新海
特聘教授

裴新海?Xin-Hai Pei),?博士,?深圳大學醫學部特聘教授,?博士生導師,動物中心主任。曾任蘭州大學附屬一院住院醫師,主治醫師;美國北卡羅來納大學?(University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) 博士后,研究助理教授; 美國邁阿密大學?(University of Miami) 終身軌助理教授,副教授。主要從事細胞增殖和分化與疾病,及基因工程小鼠的的研究工作。有11年的臨床腫瘤研究和23年的基礎腫瘤研究經驗。有自主制備基因敲除和轉基因小鼠, 分子病理和生化分析, 復雜動物手術, 及病人標本全方位分析能力. 制備,鑒定了三十余種基因敲除小鼠。擁有多種基因敲除小鼠疾病模型, 如乳腺癌,肺癌,垂體瘤,和耳聾等. 首次證明Cul9p19Ink4d均為抑癌基因,p18Ink4c基因受到GATA3調控,抑制雌激素受體陽性乳腺癌的發生。p16Ink4ap18Ink4c可保護BRCA1功能缺失的細胞癌變。BRCA1功能缺失促使雌激素受體陽性乳腺癌變為三陰乳腺癌。上述結果發表在包括Cancer Cell, Molecular Cell, Cancer Research等一流雜志上。上述研究得到了美國聯邦,佛羅里達州,邁阿密大學及多種研究基金共17項的獎勵和資助?(16項獨立主持,1項共同主持)。共發表SCI期刊收錄論文43篇,累計影響因子255分,第一作者發表論文最高影響因子25.3分。通訊作者發表論文最高影響因子9.3分。
